By means of theirimmediate effect on the earnings position they and the results of thebiomaterials and implant business jointly underpin the EBITDAforecast of between EUR 5 million and EUR 7 million in fiscal 2009.Along with aap's focus on the Ortho/Trauma/Spine lines of businessand its consistent concentration on customers, costs and cash, bothof which have already achieved first pleasing results, enlargementand exploitation of the strategic IP portfolio is a further keyelement in the company's strategic alignment.
