The EdgeUtility solution is first geared specifically towards the utility industry. EdgeUtility provides a unique identity-based adaptive access control solution. By controlling access at the edge via granular policies and an IPSEC tunnel with continuous enforcement and reporting, you can ensure integrity of the Electronic Security Perimeter (ESP), as required by NERC. As outlined by the North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) CIPs the ESP is a logical border surrounding a cyber network to which Critical Cyber Assets (CCAs) are connected and to which access is controlled. The EdgeUtility solution helps Electric Utilities in North America in becoming compliant with the NERC CIP requirements, at a low cost.
