(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Receivers of Van der Moolen Holding N.V. announce that one of theforeign subsidiaries has received notification that it will receivean amount of ? 32 million as a result of reclaimed dividend taxrelated to the year 2008. The receipt will be based on the tax returnof this subsidiary of the year 2008. The involved tax authority hasannounced the intention to start an audit on the tax return thatresulted in the reclaim. This audit will start in October.The announced repayment and the result of the audit are ofsignificant influence on the estates of several of the entitieswithin the Van der Moolen group that are currently in the state ofbankruptcy, as well as involved creditors and employees of theseentities.
