Why do you work at Traxpay?
As a banker with a background in economics, I found working in a fintech very exciting. So, I was pleased to be able to start at Traxpay. My strength is customer orientation, and I can use that every day in my job as Account Manager Inside Sales. I am a communicative person and that's why personal customer contact is very important to me every day.
Does your job make you happy?
I am a very positive person who always focuses on achieving a goal. It makes me happy when I am able to achieve the right goal. I am at Traxpay to give my best. I'm also happy when I get a tailwind, and I've always gotten that support at Traxpay from our board members and my superiors. This has allowed me to achieve milestones for the company and myself, which makes me "happy". As a "Happymaker", I try to pass on this positive energy and knowledge to my new colleagues during internal training!
How important is customer support for you?
Only a happy customer is a satisfied customer. Customers who keep coming back after onboarding and thus "clicks" often show that they are satisfied.
This is a cycle that is reflected in the performance figures. Our team performs particularly well - each in his or her own way - thanks to our individual customer orientation and our targeted consulting. That way, every customer is satisfied and happy!
What is at the top of your agenda?
The answer is short and sweet: I am a "sportsman". I always try to increase my personal goals. In doing so, I optimize the team's performance and improve myself every day.
And I always plan for the long term, no matter where I start. Every procedure takes its time!
What would you do differently in your professional life today?
I went into business after completing my banking apprenticeship. Today, I would definitely still choose to study after my banking apprenticeship. I also wonder what it would have been like if I hadn't become a businessman but had gone in a different direction? But that's only because I'm a curious person who would also like to know what any other life paths would have looked like.
