MichBio and KnowledgeWatch Announce Strategic Alliance
(firmenpresse) - ANN ARBOR, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 09/19/11 -- and today announced the formation of a strategic alliance to develop "miBio NewsWatch," a news and information gathering channel of value to Michigan biosciences companies.
The alliance employs KnowledgeWatch Navigator Web services to continually aggregate concentrations of bioscience news with content that focuses on their market segment. KnowledgeWatch tracks and harvests information from a wide variety of sources to efficiently deliver one-page, real-time news digests with links for readers.
Visitors to the MichBio website will be able to for a 14-day trial of miBio NewsWatch. During this period, subscribers will have access to a broad subset of bioscience-related articles from a wide range of publications. Articles are culled based on pertinent industry profiles and keywords, and users are able to choose specific articles according to their industry sector needs and interests. MichBio membership will be necessary for the service to continue after the trial period ends.
