(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/19/11 -- East Asia Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: EAS) announces that following the recent strengthening of the Board of Directors with Mr. Peter Sederowsky reported on September 9, 2011, Mr. Greg Clark has resigned from the Board to focus on commitments with a new position outside of the mineral exploration industry.
The Company thanks Mr. Greg Clark for his services since joining East Asia Minerals and wishes him success in his new challenges.
