Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, stated, "Simply Fresh Fruit has been providing fresh cut fruit to the Foodservice, Institutional, Airline, Casino, Club Store, School and Retail Grocery markets for nearly 30 years. They process over one million pounds of fresh fruit per week at their plant in Vernon.
