French energy company expands its use of solutions from ReadSoft
through new order worth ?350,000
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - A French energy company has decided to expand its use of ReadSoftsoftware. The company has been using ReadSoft's invoice processingsolutions for several years and after careful evaluation, they havenow decided to roll out the software to other parts of theirorganization. The order was placed at the end of September and isworth approximately ?350,000.The energy company already uses ReadSoft software in severalcountries to automate invoice processing and approval inside theirbusiness system from SAP. ReadSoft software digitizes all incominginvoices and extracts information from them. Thereafter, it canautomatically match the invoice information against purchase orderdata in SAP. If there is a complete match, the invoices areautomatically posted for payment.
