After many years of successful partnership in the area of“Disclosure Management”, LucaNet and AMANA are embarking on a joint path into the future.
(PresseBox) - With the acquisition of AMANA, the leading software provider for financial reporting and tax solutions in Europe, LucaNet underlines the importance of the “Disclosure Management” segment and sustainably strengthens its global market position for Corporate Performance Management (CPM), especially in the areas of Tax Compliance and Tax Reporting. As part of the LucaNet group, thanks to the broad solution portfolio, international orientation, and maturity of the global organization, AMANA will reach new customers and better meet the needs of the existing customer base.
LucaNet AG ("LucaNet"), an international provider of Corporate Performance Management software for the Office of Finance, announces the acquisition of long-standing, global strategic partner AMANA.
Both companies have been working successfully in close partnership since 2015 and offer their customers joint solutions, such as the "SmartNotes" and "XBRL-Tagger" tools, which optimally complement LucaNet solutions with extensive functions for business and financial reporting as well as digital transmission.
Also, in the context of ESG reporting, which will occupy many medium-sized companies and corporations in the coming years, AMANA and LucaNet can already offer their customers a simple, fast, and secure solution, which is now being further expanded.
Furthermore, the acquisition marks LucaNet’s entry into the tax software market, in which AMANA has been able to establish a market-leading role as an innovation leader and trusted technical expert, among others, with solutions for income and sales tax for years.
The addition of AMANA in the LucaNet Group is now the next step in further deepening the cooperation and expanding its success internationally and thus represents an important milestone in LucaNet's global growth strategy.
