Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With Max Fight of Bulgaria

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with Max Fight, plus certain brand and sponsorship rights.
Based in Sofia, Bulgaria and operated by the Bulgarian Mixed Martial Arts Federation (BMMAF), Max Fight is recognized as one of the premier mixed martial arts organization in the country. The promotion has developed and graduated some of its best national athletes to major promotions including Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) veterans Jordan Radev and Stanislav Nedkov. Max Fight has also featured talent from abroad, most notably UFC alumni Shonie Carter and Gary Goodridge. With 23 MMA fight cards under their belt, Max Fight has provided fight fans entertainment with international appeal.
