interpack2023: Busch Presented the Latest Vacuum Solution for the Packaging Industry
(PresseBox) - Busch Vacuum Solutions, leading manufacturer of vacuum pumps, blowers and compressors, presented its energy-saving vacuum solution COBRA DX at interpack, the international trade fair for the packaging sector and process industry.
The new vacuum solution from Busch is characterized by its extremely energy-efficient operation. Thanks to its state-of-the-art screw vacuum technology, it boasts excellent running properties as well as high vapor and particle tolerance.
A touchscreen with intuitive menu navigation allows you to control the most important functions. Thanks to the intelligent drive unit with variable speed control, an optimal vacuum level can always be achieved, which reduces energy consumption and keeps operating costs to a minimum.
The COBRA DX is currently available in two sizes and covers a performance range of up to 950 m³ pumping speed per hour thanks to the variable speed control. It achieves an ultimate pressure of up to 0.01 mbar.
All operating data is constantly recorded and saved. This makes the vacuum pump suitable for a wide range of applications in the packaging industry, such as MAP, thermoforming packaging machines, and tray sealers. In addition, the COBRA DX can be used as the heart of a central vacuum system.
