Busch Vakuumteknik AB acquires the Gothenburg-based service company VakuumExperten i Sverige AB, which specializes in preventive and remedial maintenance work in vacuum technology.
(PresseBox) - “The acquisition of VakuumExperten is in line with our promise to our customers to provide them with high production availability and the best possible products and services. We look forward to now being able to offer them an even more comprehensive range of vacuum services in the food and beverage industry,” explains Magnus Johansson, Managing Director of Busch Vakuumteknik AB.
VakuumExperten will be fully integrated into Busch Vakuumteknik AB. The company will continue to provide uninterrupted service to its customers and retain its existing suppliers. All employees of VakuumExperten will be taken on by Busch.
VakuumExperten i Sverige AB was founded in 2001 and has since steadily expanded its market presence through high quality and customer focus. The company enjoys a very good reputation, especially in the food industry.
With the acquisition of VakuumExperten, Busch Vakuumteknik AB will expand its already wide range with complementary services.
