Michael Thomson Sells 500,000 Shares of Kilkenny Capital Corporation
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/22/11 -- Michael Thomson announces that he has sold on September 22, 2011, all of his 500,000 class "A" shares in the capital stock of Kilkenny Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE: KIK.P) ("Kilkenny") (the "Common Shares") for a total consideration of $25,000, or $0.05 per Common Share. This reduction represents 10.64% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of September 22, 2011.
As of this day, and after giving effect to the sale of his 500,000 Common Shares, Michael Thomson no longer holds, directly and indirectly, any Common Shares.
The Common Shares of Kilkenny are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol KIK.P.
The Kilkenny securities previously held by Michael Thomson were for investment purposes only. The holdings of Michael Thomson may be increased or decreased in the future, as deemed appropriate.
The Common Shares sold by Michael Thomson are subject to the escrow agreement of shares of a capital pool company intervened on August 17, 2010, between Kilkenny, Computershare Investor Services Inc. and certain shareholders of Kilkenny.
