GBA Group continues to expand network in Finland
(PresseBox) - With the acquisition of the Finnish company Tampereen asbesti- ja kuitulaboratorio Oy (Taklab) by Labroc Oy (Labroc), GBA Group continues to expand its European network in the field of laboratory analysis for building pollutants. The merger marks an important milestone in Labroc's efforts to offer customer requirements based on an innovative service offering at the highest level throughout Finland. With the acquisition of Taklab, GBA Group has strengthened its presence in the Finnish market and established itself in the absolute top group of laboratory service providers in the field of environmental and building pollutants.
Taklab was founded in 1996. The company employs almost 30 people at 4 locations and has made a name for itself with its expertise as a laboratory service provider for the analysis of building pollutants and indoor air. Labroc Oy was founded in 2013 and has been a member of the GBA Group since 2021. The company employs 55 people at five locations and offers laboratory services in the fields of building pollutants, concrete, indoor air and environmental analysis.
