New Compact Separators From Bauer Group Designed for Small Farms and Waste Processors
(firmenpresse) - MICHIGAN CITY, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 09/26/11 -- The Bauer Group announces the release of two new high quality press screw separators designed for small farms and waste processing operations with limited energy resources: the Bauer and Fan Separator .
With a maximum throughput of 15 cubic yards per hour, and our legendary quality, are ideal for a wide range of agricultural applications, including dairy farms up to 300 head. The smaller footprint of these low-priced alternatives to standard separators makes this equipment easier to install and use.
are economical. No need for a hydraulic or compressed air connection. Screen and auger wear is minimal, due to the low dry matter content (28% or less) in the plug. Both units come standard with a NEMA-flanged gearbox suitable for use with motors up to 5 hp.
A rotating auger inside a full floating screen separates solids and liquids. The waste material is gravity fed to the first part of the screen. Then the material is further extruded and discharged from the separator through the mouth piece. Dry matter content is controlled with an output regulator installed on the separator.
