This recognition is, in part, a result of Anjos's work within the health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness arena, specifically his work helping people perform at their best and unlocking their full potential.
Anjos, a native of Vila Real, Portugal, has been involved with the health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness world for over a year, getting his start when Covid came to turn his life upside down. In response to a question on the driving force behind his success, Anjos has explained how it really boiled down to a purpose of really disrupt and transform humanity.
Reflecting on the recognition Anjos is quoted as saying: "It is with a profound sense of gratitude and an insatiable motivation to keep contributing positively for humanity."
In a recent one-to-one interview, Anjos reminisced on other past achievements, which helped build momentum towards the present day. Notably, one of the proudest was getting out of his comfort zone and actually starting his first business.
In the same interview, Anjos stated his intentions for the future. The primary goal for the next 12 months, Anjos states, will be develop the best transformational holistic coaching programs. Looking farther ahead, the aim is contribute to the extension of the human lifespan, healthspan, and potential.
When asked more personally about how they want to be perceived and remembered, Anjos said: "I want to be remember as someone that truly left a mark and a legacy, making the world and humanity thrive."
Anjos closed the interview by sharing his recommendation for anybody who wanted to follow in his footsteps in some fashion, perhaps taking the achievements even further. According to Bruno Anjos, the key is a purposeful holistic alignment and optimisation of body, mind, heart, and soul..
