Terms in addendum agreement regarding Moika/Glinky accepted by all parties

Ruric and the Ministry of Defence have now agreed on the terms in the addendum
agreement regarding the investment agreement on Moika / Glinky development.

This is good news for Ruric and means that the rights for the land will be
transferred to Ruric which is necessary to start the development process. As
previously communicated, the addendum also contains the extension. The parties
expect the agreement to be signed in the very near future.
