A step towards growth brings IC closer to customers!
Unterschleißheim near Munich/Hamburg, 27 September 2011 IC Property
Management GmbH, part of IC Immobilien Gruppe, opened its new office in
Hamburg on 1 September 2011. With this new site, the independent real
estate service provider continues to strengthen its presence in Germany.
The company aims to be able to reach all properties in their managed
portfolio in under an hour. 'Our customers expect that we, as service
providers, are as geographically close as possible to the properties we
man-age and to their tenants,' comments Oliver Priggemeyer, CEO of IC
Immobilien Holding AG.
'With the addition of this new site, we hope to further increase the
quality of our service when it comes to looking after properties and
tenants, whilst also expanding our competence locally,' added Mr
Priggemeyer.
To begin with, 150 properties will be managed across northern Germany from
the Hamburg site within the area of property management. 'Opening the
Hamburg branch is another important step for us in filling in the last gaps
on the map of Germany and is therefore a logical move in the continuation
of our growth policy,' says Guido Beddig, Managing Director of IC Property
Management GmbH.
The structuring and management of the Hamburg site has been taken on by
Holger Hörnig, who has joined IC from Rickmers-Gruppe. 'With the
appointment of Holger Hörnig we have gained an experienced real estate
management expert. We are thrilled to have him on board to manage our new
branch,' commented Guido Beddig.
