Reflect Scientific, Inc. Signs Materials Transfer Agreement With USDA
(firmenpresse) - OREM, UT -- (Marketwire) -- 09/27/11 -- Reflect Scientific, Inc. (OTCBB: RSCF), a provider of diverse products and services for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and transportation industries, announced that the company has signed a materials transfer agreement with the USDA.
A materials transfer agreement was executed which will permit the United States Department of Agriculture to experiment with certain proprietary technologies owned or controlled by Reflect Scientific, Inc. This is potentially the first step in establishing a collaborative research relationship and partnership between the scientists at the USDA Agricultural Research Service and Reflect Scientific, Inc.
