St. Gallen/Düsseldorf - September 28, 2011. Andreas Marty, already Chief
Financial Officer of Ventizz Capital Partners ('Ventizz') since July 2008,
will be made a partner effective from October 1, 2011. At the same time,
Christian Sarwa, based in Zurich, will be promoted to the role of
Investment Director.

demonstrated outstanding achievement and exceptional commitment to our
company. They have played a particularly important role in the overall
success of Ventizz,' said Dr. Helmut Vorndran, Managing Partner and CEO of
Ventizz Capital Partners AG, the exclusive advisor to the Ventizz Private
Equity Funds.
In his role as CFO, Andreas Marty is responsible for the legal and
financial control of the company, as well as fund and investment
controlling for the Ventizz funds. Since coming on board in 2008, Andreas
Marty has worked actively on establishing the Switzerland branch of Ventizz
with an investment and auditing team. Previously, Andreas Marty was Senior
Manager in the assurance sector at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, responsible
for national and international clients. Mr. Marty is a graduate of the
Academy of Accountancy in Zurich and is a certified public accountant.
Christian Sarwa joined Ventizz in Zurich in January 2009 as Investment
Manager. To date, Mr. Sarwa has primarily been involved in the development
and structuring of transactions in the clean technology sector. With
regards to the Ventizz portfolio, he was responsible for Gish Biomedical
Inc. in the USA up until its sale to the Sorin Group and acted in an
advisory role for the exceet group. Prior to his role at Ventizz, he worked
from 2005 on as Investment Manager at NBGI Private Equity in London and was
previously at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Zurich. Christian Sarwa
qualified as a materials engineer from the Swiss Federal Institute of
Technology (ETH) in Zurich and has an MBA from the London Business School.
