Logwin increases its presence in Oceania by acquiring a majority stake in Supply Chain International Limited, New Zealand
(PresseBox) - Logwin Air + Ocean has increased its existing stake in Supply Chain International Limited, based in Auckland, New Zealand to a majority shareholding of 80 percent as of 1st January 2024.
The two remaining shareholders will stay associated with the company via a minority stake.
Logwin has already been very successfully represented in Australia for many years with four branches. The expansion of the international network in New Zealand complements the customer offering for global air and ocean freight services in the region.
