Mezeo Software Announces Support for OpenStack(TM) Technology Integration
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 09/27/11 -- ™, a leading provider of management solutions, today announced the ability to integrate with OpenStack technology through MezeoCloud Integration for OpenStack. This integration enables interoperability of applications, developed for clouds based on OpenStack Object Storage, with other MezeoCloud storage management clients.
MezeoCloud can now be integrated into the storage services of a cloud based on OpenStack code, providing a proven storage infrastructure and the addition of other APIs supported by MezeoCloud, including the Mezeo Interoperability API compatible with Amazon S3 and Eucalyptus.
MezeoCloud Integration for OpenStack provides additional functionality including storage management through CDMI (the SNIA Cloud Data Management Interface), storage and bandwidth metering, multi tenancy, integration into provisioning, billing and identity management systems as well as offering additional storage APIs.
