Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With Top Ukrainian MMA Promotion Peresvit

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with Peresvit, plus certain brand and sponsorship rights.
Peresvit is a Ukraine-based MMA promotion owned by Andrey Starovoyt. Their fight cards have featured former star MMA athletes such as Pride Fighting Championship's veteran Igor Vovchanchyn as well as current top level competitors including the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) veteran Stefan Struve and Bellator Fighting Championships Light-Heavyweight Champion Christian M'Pumbu. Peresvit has used both tournament and super-fight style formats to consistently attract an average of 5,000 attendees per event. The Ukrainian promotion's dedication to bring in world class MMA athletes has set it apart as a significant mixed martial arts promotion in Eastern Europe.
