Gävleborg County Council forerunner in the HR area

At the same time they will change to anew HR system from Aditro and Time Care. The new system will supporta new joint approach to common processes and more centralizedmanagement of the county. Gävleborg County Council is one of theforerunners of this company group like set-up. With the new systemsolution they expect to reduce cost and thereby free up resources tohealth care.- The new system will support our new HR processes in an excellentmanner. One of the great advantages is that we will have much greaterability to plan, manage and monitor our use of working time. Thiswill bring benefits to both employees and managers since it will beeasier to manage and distribute the work load than before, "saysMargareta Petrusson, HR Director of Gävleborg County Council.The new solution is a comprehensive solution based on standardsystems with a modern Web interface. It provides system support forthe main part of the county council's HR processes such as personnelinformation, scheduling, staffing, time reporting, travel management,occupational health, rehabilitation, temporary worker management,remuneration, salary review, recruitment and more.- Since the new solution is comprehensive and based on standardsystems we expect significant savings compared to our existingsolution, partly through reduced maintenance and administrativecosts, and partly by better integration capabilities than before.When we finish, we expect also that we have automated our processesto a greater extent than today. Taken together, this will free upmore resources to health care, continues Petrusson.- The agreement with the County Council of Gävleborg is veryinteresting for us. In a short period we have now taken many deals inthe public sector, two big ones, this one and one with the City ofMalmö, and a number of additional municipal affairs.
