Fuel Doctor Announces Forward Stock Split and Name & Trading Symbol Change
Shares to Trade on OTCBB Under Symbol "SLHLD" Until New Trading Symbol Is Announced

(OTCBB: SLHLD), a provider of innovative automotive aftermarket solutions, including the power conditioner/fuel efficiency booster, today announced a 4.3-to-1 forward stock split of its common stock that was effective on September 26, 2011, following approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The Company's shares will trade under the symbol "SLHLD" for approximately 20 days from the effective date until a new ticker symbol is announced. In addition, the Company announced its completed name change from Silverhill Management Services, Inc. to Fuel Doctor Holdings, Inc.
The forward split of the Company's stock does not affect the total value of shares held or the face value of shares held. As a result of the stock split, the Company will have approximately 12,473,600 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
