Opening of the meeting by the Chairman of the Board and registration of attending shareholders and proxies 2. Election of the Chairman of the meeting and at least one person to sign the minutes together with the Chairman 3. Approval of the notice of the meeting and the agenda 4. Proposal of implementing a fully underwritten rights issue in the Company with gross proceeds of approximately NOK 100 million 5. Board authorisation to issue shares 6. Board authorisation to acquire treasury shares 7. Use of the Company's treasury shares 8.
