Phillips Ranch Veterinarian Announces Reduced Veterinary Fees for Rescue Animals

Dr. Thomas Beighlie, DVM and Dr. Charles Mintzer, DVM announced that All Pets Medical & Surgical Center is offering reduced veterinary fees for Southland Collie Rescue, Pugs'n Pals of Southern California, Pugs to Pits, German Shepherd Rescue, Golden Retriever Rescue, Fast Friends, and Grey Save. According to Dr. Beighlie, the is happy to extend the same discounted services to other legitimate rescue groups.
