Renovation at Axens Cergy

This large investment of 60k euros will allow AXENS to significantly enlarge the testing capabilities of its Cergy/Paris site

(PresseBox) - AXENS is thrilled to announce the complete refurbishing of its Cergy/Paris site. A modern professional kitchen with new appliance (ovensx5, hot plates, and heating rampsx2, micro-wavex5, temperature-controlled fridges and freezers) has been installed. More than 2 weeks of heavy work were required for dismantling the old and setting up the new kitchen.

This professional kitchen enables the team to simultaneously prepare over 20 dishes to be served to our testers for assessment of their organoleptic properties. In addition, the number of testing boxes has been increased.

This large investment of 60k euros will allow AXENS to significantly enlarge the testing capabilities of its Cergy/Paris site.

AXENS joined the Tentamus network in 2022. AXENS provides qualitative and quantitative sensory analyses to the food as well as to the drug, parfums, and hygiene industries. AXENS also set ups ad-hoc expert panels.

AXENS operates 4 sites located in Loos (Lille), Douai, Cergy/Paris, and Valenciennes.
