Due to the cash dividend for the 2010/11 financial year in the amount of
EUR 0.10 per share resolved upon in the ordinary shareholders' meeting of
IMMOFINANZ AG on 28 September 2011 the conversion prices of the convertible
bonds issued by IMMOFINANZ AG are adjusted as follows:
