Jetcom Announces Stock Option Grants and Expirations
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/01/11 -- Jetcom Inc. (the "Company") (CNSX: JTM) is pleased to announce it has issued 5,400,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, and consultant to the Company. Each option entitles the holder to purchase one share for $0.05. Options expire September 30, 2016. The Company's stock option plan approved at its last shareholder meeting allowed it to issue up to 7,500,000 options (2,100,000 options remain eligible to be allocated and issued under the plan for future incentive grants). On September 30, 2011, 3,160,000 stock options previously issued expired unexercised.
