Orkla's offer for A shares in Jotun will not be completed

The acceptance period set out in Orkla's offer to shareholders of A shares in
Jotun of 31 August 2011 expired on 30 September 2011 at 5.30 pm. The condition
regarding acceptance threshold of 50 per cent of the votes in Jotun is not
fulfilled. Consequently, the offer will not be completed.
