Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With MEZ Sports Pandemonium Fights

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with MEZ Sports Pandemonium Fights, plus certain brand and sponsorship rights.
MEZ Sports Pandemonium Fights, an MMA organization owned by Craig Zimmerman, has become a staple of mixed martial arts entertainment in southern California. The promotion has featured top MMA athletes from the region including UFC veteran Justin Bucholz, Sherdog.com's #1 ranked flyweight Ian McCall, Strikeforce veteran Lorenz Larkin, and Bellator Fighting Championships' Chris Saunders and Giva Santana.
