Friedman (Constellation GrowthCapital), Lars Bergkvist (Lannebo Fonder), Ingemar Syréhn (SwedbankRobur fonder), Peter Lindell (AMF - Försäkring och Fonder) and LarsBerg (Chairman of the Net Insight Board and European Venture PartnerConstellation Growth Capital). The nomination committee appointedLars Berg to serve as Chairman of the Committee.The nomination committee's task is to present proposals prior to theGeneral Meeting in regards to the Chairman of the Board of Directorsand members of the Board of Directors, as well as fees and otherremuneration to each member of the board.
