PERIPRO® for waste and wastewater treatment plant
(PresseBox) - NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH is involved in one of the most important environmental projects in South East Asia. Eight size 10/66 PERIPRO® peristaltic pumps were installed in a solid waste and wastewater treatment plant in Singapore.
The PERIPRO® in size 10/66 was presented for the first time at IFAT 2024 in Munich. Now, eight pumps of this size in industrial design have been installed in one of the most important environmental projects in Southeast Asia.
The world's first integrated solid waste and wastewater treatment plant is completely energy self-sufficient. In future, the water treatment plant will treat up to 800,000 cubic metres of water per day and generate more than 20 megawatts of electricity in the process. With their innovative design and long service life, the peristaltic pumps make a significant contribution to the reliable and efficient operation of the plant.
