New FLEXPOINT® HD longline laser module for harsh environments
Up to 20 meter long laser line with uniform intensity
(PresseBox) - LASER COMPONENTS has developed a robust laser module with a particularly long uniform line. The new FLEXPOINT® HD-PL laser module expands the HD series and generates a red or green laser line of up to 20 meters with uniform intensity. This makes it particularly suitable for positioning tasks in the wood and metal industry, e.g. for cutting, sawing, drilling and cross-marking long wooden planks or metal rods. The module meets the requirements of laser class 2, so additional eye protection is not necessary.
The robust housing achieves protection class IP67 and can be used in both dusty and damp production environments, e.g. in sawmills. Thanks to the M12 connector, the FLEXPOINT® HD-PL module can be easily connected to the supply voltage. The robust housing allows individual and fast integration into systems and superstructures. Fixed or variable focus can be selected as an option.
LASER COMPONENTS will demonstrate the new module in action for the first time at LIGNA in Hanover (May 26-30, 2025, booth B06).
