(PresseBox) - In accordance with Section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Sibanye-Stillwater (- https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/sibanye-stillwater-ltd/ -)  (JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) shareholders are advised that Dr. Elaine Jay Dorward-King has been appointed as an additional member of the Nominating and Governance Committee effective immediately.
