Sierra Madre announces grant of stock options
(PresseBox) - Sierra Madre Gold and Silver Ltd. (TSXV: SM) (OTCQX: SMDRF) (- https://www.commodity-tv.com/play/sierra-madre-gold-and-silver-commercial-production-since-january-with-lots-of-exploration-potential/ -) ("Sierra Madre" or the "Company") announces that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted stock options to employees of La Guitarra Compania Minera, S.A. de C.V., certain directors, management and consultants of the Company, to purchase an aggregate of 2,750,000 common shares of the Company at the price of $0.73 per share for a period of five years from the grant date. The Options shall be granted under and subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s stock option plan (the “Plan”) and subject to the rules and policies of the Exchange. 40,000 of the options were granted to the Company’s investor relations consultant, Adelaide Capital and will vest ¼ three months after the date of the grant; ¼ six months after the date of the grant; ¼ nine months after the date of the grant and ¼ twelve months after the date of the grant. The remaining options will vest 1/3 immediately as of the date of grant; 1/3 six months after the date of the grant; and 1/3 12 months after the date of the grant. This stock option grant is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
