Sanoma Applies for Listing of 2004C Stock Options on NASDAQ OMX

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Stock Exchange Release 22/10/2009 10:30Sanoma Corporation has today applied for listing of 2004C stockoptions on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. as of 2 November 2009.The total number of 2004C stock options is 1,500,000. Each stockoption entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) SanomaCorporation share. In the aggregate, 2004C stock options entitletheir holders to subscribe for a maximum of 1,500,000 shares. Thepresent share subscription price with 2004C stock options is EUR22.36 per share. The dividends payable annually shall be deductedfrom the share subscription price.The share subscription period for 2004C stock options will commenceon 1 November 2009 and end on 30 November 2012.The terms and conditions of Stock Option Scheme 2004 are available onthe Group's website.
