Solarmag change name to MagnInvest
Solarmag Plc has changed name to MagnInvest Plc and the share is now traded under the new ISIN: GB00B54V3C62 and ticker: M7G. At the same time a reverse split has been performed due to requirements of all companies listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange open market. The nominal value of €0,01 has been changed to €0,10 on the 28th of September through a 10 to 1 reverse split. This means that shareholders of Solarmag Plc will have a tenth as many shares in MagnInvest Plc with 10 times higher nominal value. The trading of the share was suspended on the 29th and 30th of September for these changes to be put into effect. Solarmag will continue to develop its business plan as a subsidiary of MagnInvest. The broader activities of MagnInvest will include investments in real estate, minerals, oil & gas, financial investments and utility scale renewable energy.
