NSi AutoStore Software Supports Common Access Card Authentication

(NSi), a leading developer of distributed content capture and workflow solutions, today announced immediate availability of the new and upgraded for AutoStore that provides users with enhanced security as well as several new capabilities to make document capture from Ricoh MFPs even easier. With this new release, NSi AutoStore now natively supports a broader range of Ricoh, Savin and Lanier devices, including the Ricoh Aficio MP C300/C400 series.
The new component features:
External Keyboard support: Provides quick and convenient user login and keyword entry at the front panel of the Ricoh MFP.
Front Panel Browse to Scan: Browse to any user authorized network folder or document library, which automates document storage while taking advantage of investments in existing infrastructure.
Integrated LDAP connector: Makes it simple to authenticate users and then securely deliver scanned documents to one or multiple people from a list of addresses provided by AutoStore.
Enhanced bi-directional database lookups: Reduces the time knowledge workers are at the device by minimizing manual keyword entry while increasing data entry accuracy.
Support for the latest Ricoh Java 7 device to seamlessly integrate with the latest Ricoh group devices.
