H150 is ZS Robotics’ flagship and the most tested pallet shuttle model, now deployed in more 20 countries worldwide.
Featured by ultra stable performance and industry-leading safety design, H150 epitomizes the brand’s devotion to excellence and has been tested and proven by the more demanding commerce and industrial operations in sectors like e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, new energy and more.
Increasing storage density up to 400%, high-performance pallet shuttle system comprising H150 automates and streamlines pallet storage, retrieving and transportation across zones and floors on one interface. Highly scalable for business growth, it accommodates to any warehouse types and most shelving systems in the market, and deployment of new shuttles can be accomplished in one minute to help tackle peaking material handling demands. Compared with traditional warehouses, the system boasts a cut in energy expenditure of up to 60%.
Available in ambient and cold store versions, H150 operates smoothly in temperatures ranging from -25? to 45? and is customizable for dust and explosion protection. Optimized battery configuration allows for an optimal device uptime up to 8 hours, which combined with opportunity charge enables the system to run 24/7 non-stop. Real-time visualization and management of the fleet is achieved using ZSmart plaftform, ZS Robotics’ proprietary fleet manager co-developed by the brand and Shanghai Jiaotong University.
As the Pallet AS/RS Expert, ZS Robotics distinguishes its product and service offerings by highlighting safety designs. H150 is no exception. Equipped with sensors in four directions, the four-way shuttle is autonomous in its movements and advanced pallet sensing ensures the precision of pallet placement, thus preventing falls and major accidents. Aside from its mechanical-only design, the shuttle also encompasses a design of safety stoppers which lock with pallet carried for multi-safeguard. ZS Robotics is also the first pallet AS/RS brand to introduce the design of an auto-latching safe charging enclosure.
Now H150 is available in CE and UL versions and is ready for global installation.
