Metal Bellows Coupling KPP for High-Speed Applications

Blind Installation Possible Thanks to Plug-in Design

(PresseBox) - To meet the demands of higher performance applications, JAKOB Antriebstechnik offers the KPP metal bellows coupling. This coupling has a nominal torque of over 600 Nm and a maximum torque of approximately 1200 Nm. It is designed to handle operating speeds up to 23,000 rpm and the associated high dynamic loads. The coupling connection also requires special design solutions. A backlash-free plug-in hub design enables easy blind installation, simplifying the coupling's installation even in challenging installation situations. Operational reliability is guaranteed in a temperature range of -40 to 200°C.

Custom solutions, special hubs, individual modifications to the metal bellows, and alternative material versions are available upon request.
