Lantech successfully obtained the IEC 62443-4-2 International Certification

(PresseBox) - Lantech Communications Global Inc. are pleased to announce, as a leading manufacturer of industrial networking solutions, the company's OS5 generation products have successfully obtained the certification of the international standard IEC 62443-4-2, which is the technical security requirements for IACS components.

With the creation of diversified applications by new technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence AI, and industrial Internet of Things IIoT, the networking of industrial networking equipment has become the cornerstone of various smart applications, facing ever-increasing information security challenges. Lantech has been committed to the pursuit of network security for a long time, integrating with international standards through this standard to complete the construction of an information security defense system.

Lantech OS5 generation products were successfully awarded the International Certification of IEC 62443-4-2 by the IECEE-certified organization, Certificate No. FRCyber10275 issued by Bureau Veritas LCIE. IEC 62443 is a key standard for network security, and it is currently the only industrial control network security standard applicable to various industries in the world. Today this standard has been adopted by many industries, such as rail transportation, smart buildings, smart cities, energy, and utilities, etc.

Obtaining this standard means Lantech has the ability to design industrial network components compliant with Security Level SL2.
