The first GEDA SHAFT LIFT is going to Denmark
Official handover to long-standing client TS Platform&Hejs A/S

(PresseBox) - The first GEDA SHAFT LIFT was officially handed over to long-time customer TS Platform & Hejs A/S. This marks the first unit of this new product solution to be delivered to Denmark.
With the new GEDA SHAFT LIFT, the construction and industrial hoist manufacturer from Asbach-Bäumenheim is introducing an innovative solution to the market that was specifically developed for use in shafts on construction sites. The new system excels wherever flexibility, ease of use, and practical design are required. A particular advantage: The GEDA SHAFT LIFT is designed so that it can be removed without damage even when the shaft is already closed. Thanks to its fully disassemblable design, the unit fits through a standard door measuring 90 cm x 2 m. At the same time, the modular construction ensures that the lift can be adapted to virtually any shaft situation—a real added value for a wide variety of applications on the construction site.
TS Platform & Hejs A/S recognized the potential of this new development early on. The GEDA SHAFT LIFT was presented to this long-standing customer in prototype form at the last bauma. Even at that time, there was strong conviction that this device, with its advantages, would optimally meet the demands of the market.
The moment had finally arrived: The finished unit was ready for acceptance, and the customer traveled to Asbach-Bäumenheim to officially take delivery of the first GEDA SHAFT LIFT. For GEDA, this handover marks not only a successful product launch but also a strong testament to the trusting, long-standing collaboration with international partners.
“With the GEDA SHAFT LIFT, we have developed a solution specifically tailored to the challenges in the shaft area. We are all the more pleased that our long-standing customer TS Platform & Hejs A/S is the first to adopt this innovative product,” says Florian Draxler, Regional Sales Manager at GEDA.
Enthusiasm is also high on the customer side: “The shaft area is becoming an increasingly important issue on construction sites. This makes a solution like the GEDA SHAFT LIFT all the more valuable to us, as it allows the first hoist to be deployed on the construction site at an early stage, whereas external hoists usually follow later. What makes it unique is, above all, the ability to assemble and disassemble the hoist from the inside. Combined with a payload of at least 1,000 kg and flexible lengths, the GEDA SHAFT LIFT offers exactly the advantages that are crucial in practice,” says Peter Jörgensen, TS Platform & Hejs A/S.
