(NYSE: HSA) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors declared their monthly dividends.
Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on October 27, 2011 to stockholders of record on October 21, 2011. The ex-dividend date is October 19, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $7.12 on October 6, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 10.11%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on October 27, 2011 to stockholders of record on October 21, 2011. The ex-dividend date is October 19, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.92 on October 6, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 10.40%.
Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on October 27, 2011 to stockholders of record on October 21, 2011. The ex-dividend date is October 19, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $4.92 on October 6, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.76%.
Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.035 per share, payable on October 27, 2011 to stockholders of record on October 21, 2011.
