Ruric is pleased to announce that late on Friday the last signature on the set
of transaction documents were signed, whereby Ruric, through fully owned
subsidiaries, now own 33 Hectares of land in Strelna, south west of
St.Petersburg.

The process started early this year and both Ruric and its partners worked hard
and diligently to ensure that the process was completed in a professional
manner.

Ruric is now in a position where we can select to develop the land or to divest.
