ValueVision Appoints Customer Advocacy Veteran Nancy Kunkle as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience

(NASDAQ: VVTV), a multichannel electronic retailer operating under ShopNBC (), today announced the appointment of Nancy Kunkle, a multichannel retail logistics and customer advocacy veteran of 25 years, as the company's Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, reporting to CEO Keith Stewart.
In her new role, Ms. Kunkle will oversee all aspects of the company's customer experience program. In addition, she will focus on development of customer-centric strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, acquisition and retention. Ms. Kunkle had been serving as a strategic consultant for the company since April 2011, focusing on process engineering and customer engagement initiatives to foster a premium customer experience.
Ms. Kunkle brings to the company 25 years of industry experience with a proven track record of success in utilizing technology, process and organizational improvements as well as enhancements to customer service and call center operations to drive business results. She spent over a decade at QVC where she served in multiple leadership roles in commerce, customer advocacy and call center operations as well as a number of successful customer-focused sales growth initiatives. In addition, Ms. Kunkle served 16 years at the Boeing Company, where she built on her broad-based engineering and process management experience, most recently serving as Program Manager - Product Support, managing supply chain processes, field service and logistic product development.
