Zephyr Real Estate Launches Mobile Property Search Website
(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/10/11 -- Zephyr Real Estate has launched a new mobile website, once again leading the pack in customer service and innovative technology.
The MLS-powered property search enables users to easily find all available properties for sale in San Francisco. Property searches are by MLS-defined neighborhoods rather than zip codes, providing users a more refined and detailed search, which includes multiple photos, detailed descriptions and property features. Searches can be further filtered by neighborhood, bedroom and bathroom count, parking availability, property type, price and much more.
For those who have a free MyZephyr account, even more features are available. For example, users will be able to find additional properties not available on public websites, search pending and sold properties, save searches and favorites, receive new listing and price reduction email alerts, and use Zephyr's exclusive Home Tour tool. This tool allows the creation of a customized tour map when planning a tour of Sunday open homes. All of the personalized saved information, from searches to tours, is available from anywhere for those with a MyZephyr account, whether utilizing the full site or the mobile site.
In addition, Zephyr has implemented the use of QR codes (Quick Response codes) on For Sale signs and property flyers. This allows potential buyers to get more information about a specific property on the mobile-optimized site quickly and easily from smartphones.
