FABIO MATARAZZO RESIGNS FROM THE CEO POSITION AND SAMUEL DYER CORIAT IS APPOINTED EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF CAMPOSOL HOLDING PLC

The Board of Directors of Camposol Holding Plc announces that Mr. Fabio
Matarazzo di Licosa has resigned from the Chief Executive Officer position.
As of 10 October 2011, Mr. Samuel Dyer Coriat, Chairman of the Board, will also
take the role as CEO, becoming Executive Chairman.

After its listing process in 2008, the Company directed most of its expansion
projects in more than triple its avocado planted area foreseeing that the US
market, the largest and fastest growing market for avocadoes in the world, would
open for Peruvian produce. With only one third of the new fields having given
first harvest during this year, the results are in line with the Company
expectations.
Mr. Samuel Dyer Coriat has a degree in business administration from the
University of Miami, Florida with a specialization in finance and
administration. He has broad experience in the Peruvian fishing industry, having
occupied various positions in Copeinca, among them CEO and Chairman of the
Board. He has also served as member of the Board of Camposol since 2008 and as
Chairman of the Board since 2011.
