Augen Capital Announces Appointment of CFO

("Augen" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AUG) announced today that Mr. Manish Kshatriya has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other endeavors. We thank him for his past service and wish him well in his career.
Amy Stephenson, CMA CFA has been appointed as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Stephenson has over 20 years experience in managing junior public companies of which over 10 years direct experience as CFO. She has experience in global capital markets and brings a strong analytical background to the position. Mrs. Stephenson has an extensive background in corporate governance, serving as public appointee to the Council of the Association of Professional GeoScientists Ontario (APGO), Chair of Audit Committee and member of Governance, and Compliance Committees.
